Kosovo Trust Agency is tasked to privatise Socially Owned Enterprises in Kosovo
through the methods of spin-off and liquidation. Investors are invited to
buy through open competitive tender the NewCos (new companies) created with
the essential assets and some limited liabilities of the SOEs listed below.
THE KOSOVO TRUST AGENCY
The KTA, as trustee pursuant to UNMIK Regulation 2002/12, as amended by UNMIK Regulation 2005/18 (the “KTA Regulation”), has concluded from its analysis of documentation and other evidence in relation to the entities/assets set out below that such entities/assets fall within its jurisdiction pursuant to the KTA Regulation.
NewCo Agrokultura Meat Processing Plant L.L.C. - this tender provides an investor with the opportunity to acquire the meat processing plant located in village Velekincë/Velekince (Gjilan/Gnjilane municipality). Acquisition of this NewCo will give access to the Kosovar retail food market and will allow the possibility of expansion.
NewCo Morava e Epërme “Shopping Mall Viti” L.L.C. - this NewCo will provide an excellent opportunity for purchasing of the only shopping mall together with office space located in the centre of town. This will be a major commercial opportunity. Total area of the shopping mall with the offices is approximately 2500 m². (Bid Deposit - 20.000€)
NewCo Hotel Mineral L.L.C. - provides an ideal investment in the tourist- and hotel-sector. The venue can host individual guests, as well functions, office retreats or small conferences. The offering includes a landholding of approximately 30 ars and two interconnected buildings. The buildings include a restaurant that can seat 250 guests (approx. 420 m²) and 27 rooms with 40 beds. NewCo Karaqeva/Karaćevo - Old Factory for Tiles L.L.C. - offers an investor the opportunity to acquire an industrial producer of wall- and floor-tiles for industrial and residential buildings. The equipment of this enterprise are damaged in a considerable scale. It is located in Kamenicë/Kamenica (Gjilan/Gnjilane region) on a site of approximately 7.9 hectares. Production hall, warehouses and administration buildings offer approx. 22,230 m² floor space. Raw material suppliers are located in the region. (Bid Deposit - 20.000€)
NewCo Agromorava Electrical Mill L.L.C. - provides the opportunity to invest in a grain milling and storage facility in Kabash village, in Viti municipality. The NewCo will comprise 12,178m² of partly developed land, one electrical mill 2,166m² with six floors, (19m high), one administrative building of 45 m², one storage hangar of 384m² and an old mill of 1,125m². NewCo Agromorava Goat Farm L.L.C. offers to interested investors a goat farm that comprises a landholding of approx. 0.6 hectares of land and 3 buildings constructed for the purpose of goat- and sheep-keeping. NewCo Nevolan L.L.C. - agriculture land, located in village Nevolane, municipality of Vushtrri/Vucitrn, comprises of approximately 25 hectares of land. (Bid Deposit - 20.000€)

NewCo Lux Shops – Stan Trg L.L.C. - is located in centre of StanTrg/Stari Trg and comprises surface area of about 82,53 m². (Bid Deposit - 20.000€)
NewCo IMB Restaurant in Mitrovicë/a L.L.C. - is located in the centre of Mitrovicë / Mitrovica town in the ground floor of the KEK building and comprises a surface area of about 133.8 m². (Bid Deposit - 20.000€)
NewCo AC Likovci land L.L.C. - comprises surface area of approximately 42 hectares of land. (Bid Deposit - 20.000€)
NewCo Cycavica Banana Shop Vushtrri/Vucitrn L.L.C. - is located in the centre of Vushtrri /Vućitrn opposite the shopping mall and includes a site and a building with a total surface area of about 36 m² (36 m²). (Bid Deposit - 20.000€)
NewCo Leather Factory Bare L.L.C. - provides the potential investor with an excellent opportunity to acquire 10649 m² (1ha 06ari 49 m² ) of land and a building with a basement and a ground floor with a total surface of approximately 1600 m² . The land and the building are suitable for any kind of businesses and are located in a convenient location of the village Bare, in Mitrovicë/Mitrovica Municipality. (Bid Deposit - 20.000€)
NewCo Farm Kaçandoll/Kačandol - AC 23 Nëntori L.L.C. - includes 9,751,500 m² (975 ha 15 are ) of pasture land in the village of Kaçandoll/Kačandol Mitrovicë/a municipality. (Bid Deposit - 20.000€)
NewCo Bujqësia - Agricultural Land Potërq/Potrč L.L.C. - is located in Klinë/Klina municipality. The landholding proposed for this tender includes approximately 294 hectares of agricultural land, located in cadastral zones of Potërq i ulët/Donji Potrč, Videjë/Videje, Krushevë/Kruševo and Nagllavkë/Naglavak in Klinë/Klina Municipality. NewCo Agricultural Land Bokshiq L.L.C. - provides investors with the opportunity to acquire about 200 ha of agricultural land. The landholding is located in Cadastral Zone Bokshiq, Dugajeve in Klina Municipality and Cadastral Zone Gllodjan in Peja Municipality. (Bid Deposit - 20.000€)
NewCo Agricultural Land Ereniku - Baks II L.L.C. - cultivated different crops. NewCo includes the farmland with a surface of about 75 ha; no premises or moveable assets are included. (Bid Deposit - 20.000€)
NewCo Drelaj/Drelje L.L.C. - served as a collection point for different forest fruits, especially blueberries, but also milk products like cheese and cream. The site is very attractively located in the Rugova valley.
The NewCo includes the new building constructed from brick and concrete with approximately 345 m². The total area of the land is approximately 42 ares, divided in three parcels.
NewCo Kosova Elektro Offices Industrial Zone L.L.C. – offers potential investors the opportunity to acquire business premises (one-floor) of approx. 557 m² with yard area of approx. 7,089 m² located in prime industrial zone of Prishtinë/Pristina in direction to Fushë Kosovë/Kosovo Polje Municipality. NewCo Llapi Shop No. 26 L.L.C. -offers to the potential investor an unique opportunity to acquire a shop in the middle of P odujevw/Podujevo, in Zahir Pajaziti Street, with an approximate surface of 54 m². (Bid Deposit - 20.000€)
NewCo NBI Suhareka Goats’ farm land L.L.C. - includes a land surface area of approximately 50 Ha (pastures and arable land) located near villages Sallagrazhdë and Grejkoc and a number of buildings (montage) with a total surface area of approximately 5,000 m². (Bid Deposit - 20.000€)

NewCo Bauxite Mine in Volljak L.L.C. - bauxite operations were initiated in 1966 and have exploited a series of bauxitic lenses with overlying limestone which occur in the area of Klina. The bauxite resources have been mined from a series of open pits, and traditionally were trucked approximately 3 km to an open storage area where they were subsequently loaded into railcars. Ore reserves (using the A, B, C1 socialist categorization) are in the region of 1.7 million tones of bauxite grading between 46.7 and 52%. Resources (c2, D, indicated0 are in the region of 4 million tones of bauxite. Associated limestone overburden totals approximately 40 million tones. This limestone sufficiently pure to traditionally be sold to the Trepca and Feronikeli smelters.
