THE KOSOVO TRUST AGENCY
ANNOUNCES THE PRIVATISATION OF THE FOLLOWING NewCo's ON THE WAVE 26

The KTA, as trustee pursuant to UNMIK Regulation 2002/12, as amended by UNMIK Regulation 2005/18 (the “KTA Regulation”), has concluded from its analysis of documentation and other evidence in relation to the entities/assets set out below that such entities/assets fall within its jurisdiction pursuant to the KTA Regulation.

NewCo Warehouse and Agro Land in Gërmovë L.L.C. - the main assets of this Subsidiary comprise agricultural land and warehouse located in outskirts of the village of Gërmovë , close to main road Viti – Gërlicë in Viti/Vitina Municipality. The total land to be transferred to the Subsidiary is approximately 57,5 ha. Most of the land was used for growing wheat, barley and corn. However it has not been tended regularly in the last years. NewCo Agricultural Land in Nec L.L.C. -the main assets of this Subsidiary comprise agricultural land located in outskirts of the village of Sllatinë in Viti/Vitina Municipality. The total land to be transferred to the Subsidiary is approximately 85 ha. Most of the land was used for growing wheat, barley and corn. However it has not been tended regularly in the last years. (Bid Deposit - 20.000€)

NewCo Agricultural Land Pozharan-Stub L.L.C. - the main assets of this Subsidiary comprise agricultural land located between the villages Gërmovë and Pozharan in Viti/Vitina Municipality. The total land to be transferred to the Subsidiary is approximately 23 ha. Most of the land was used for growing wheat, barley and corn. However it has not been tended regularly in the last years. NewCo Agricultural Land Beli Dub L.L.C. - the main assets of this Subsidiary comprise agricultural land and pasture located in outskirts of the village of Goshicë, in Viti/Vitina Municipality. The total land to be transferred to the Subsidiary is approximately 62 ha. Most of the land was used for growing wheat, barley and corn. However it has not been tended regularly in the last years. NewCo Warehouse Pozharan L.L.C. - the main assets of this Subsidiary comprise of administrative building, warehouse and yard located in the village of Pozharan in Viti/Vitina Municipality. The total land to be transferred to the Subsidiary is approximately 2 ha. The warehouse was used as collection center and storage place for agricultural products. However it has not been used for its purpose last years. (Bid Deposit - 20.000€)

NewCo Pasuria Bujqesore Warehouse L.L.C. - the tender presents opportunity to a range of single storey buildings set in 45 ars of land, currently used for light industrial purposes located opposite to IMK pipe factory, and close to the junction of roads Recaku and Cen Dugolli in Ferizaj/Urosevac. (Bid Deposit - 20.000€)

NewCo Administrative Building and Land Rakosh/Rakoš L.L.C. - provides investors with the opportunity to acquire about 73 ha of very fertile agricultural land and Administrative Building. The landholding is located near Istog/Istok. (Bid Deposit - 20.000€)

NewCo Agricultural Land Drenovc L.L.C. - provides investors with the opportunity to acquire about 240 ha agricultural land. The landholding is located in village Drenovc next to the main road Pejë/Prishtinë. (Bid Deposit - 20.000€)

NewCo Ndërtimtari L.L.C. - provides a unique opportunity to acquire approx. 1.19 ha of land in the Industrial Zone, the location where some of the latest business developments are taking place. The NewCo includes 676m² warehouse. (Bid Deposit - 20.000€)

NewCo Llapi Shop No. 1 and Shop No. 2 L.L.C. - provides potential investors with the opportunity to acquire two shops (known as Llapi shop No.1 and Llapi shop No. 2) with a total area of approx. 114 m² building space and a yard area of approx. 51 m² . The premises are located on a single land plot located in a prime location in the centre of Podujevë/Podujevo. (Bid Deposit - 20.000€)

NewCo Komuna Klina – Production Unit L.L.C. - the land of the Unit to be transferred to the Subsidiary consists a production unit, which is located near to the railway of Klina, and comprises a surface of approximately 1,72,02 ha. (Bid Deposit - 20.000€)

NewCo Podrima Rahovec – Shops in Centre L.L.C. - is located in the centre of Rahovec/ Orahovac town and includes a Complex of Shops.
This Subsidiary includes 5 shops in Rahovec/ Orahovac with total surface area of approximately 368.8 m² .
Podrima is one of the main companies for trade and retail in Prizren Region located in Rahovec/ Orahovac town and surrounding villages. (Bid Deposit - 20.000€)

NewCo Kooperimi Agro-service in Suharekë L.L.C. - includes a site with a surface area of approximately 0,26,42ha (2,642 m²) . The Agro-Service building transferred to the NewCo comprises offices with a surface area of approximately 430 m² as well as a fuel station with a tank of storage capacity of 25 tons. NewCo “Kosovatrans – Technical Repair Base & Buses – Prizren” L.L.C. – Kosovatrans is one of the main passengers transport companies in Kosovo, located in the SouthWest Region of Kosovo.
The offering of the Enterprise should be operated through the regular Spin-off method and should include the Buses of Bus Station in Prizren (14 Buses, of which 7 are operational and 7 are in defect) and the Technical Repair Base (the Enterprise Unit) located in Prizren with total surface area of 69 are and 92 m².
With the appropriate investment in the Buses and other equipments, there is an opportunity to expand the business and to compete with private transport companies in particular in the field of transport of passengers. (Bid Deposit - 20.000€)

NewCo Bauxite Mine in Volljak L.L.C. - bauxite operations were initiated in 1966 and have exploited a series of bauxitic lenses with overlying limestone which occur in the area of Klina. The bauxite resources have been mined from a series of open pits, and traditionally were trucked approximately 3 km to an open storage area where they were subsequently loaded into railcars. Ore reserves (using the A, B, C1 socialist categorization) are in the region of 1.7 million tones of bauxite grading between 46.7 and 52%. Resources (c2, D, indicated0 are in the region of 4 million tones of bauxite. Associated limestone overburden totals approximately 40 million tones. This limestone sufficiently pure to traditionally be sold to the Trepca and Feronikeli smelters.
